my child face has white patch from 7 days..what should be treatment?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba whirch is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper cblinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
