After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.Frequent infections happen because of weak immune system. So you are advised to to give a proper proteins in the diet, Vitamin C rich fruits, leafy Greens & physical activity.

yeah..as kids grow they gain their self identity so they have their own likes and dislikes so it is normal that a child prefer or reject certain food items.
but as a parent ,you can try to encourage your child for this by serving food in different shapes, color or taste etc
as your child doesn't like to take fruits ,you can offer them in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter
or you can prepare different food items like fruits smoothie, fruits popsicles , fruit salad etc
