My child does not eat properly . How to make her eat ??

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very nbimportant .

Try to work upon different varieties and recipes for the child I think that is going to be really very fruitful because when you give me a variety to the child a child is always more interested in eating what your office so try to work upon variations on varieties for sureWrite Your Answer Here

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. If you are giving milk all the time and avoid doing it because it kills the hunger and also affect babies appetite. We should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four wheels
