Toddlers at this age are fussy eater they need variety in food
Give small and frequent meals to the child
Improve the quality of the food and not the quantity and do not force feed the child
Include green vegetables, dry fruits, oats, ragi, paneer, daal, sprouts, eggs in the diet of the child
Give same home made food with a twist like Instead of roti sabji give roti roll with Mayo, masala rice or khichdi instead of plain daal rice or khichdi ,
Fruit or dry fruit shakes, aloo and vegetable cheese tikki, sabudana tikki , fruit cut into different shapes, purée vegetables and add to the atta to make cplourfull roti or paratha or puri
Avoid excess intake of milk or biscuits or chips

please do the following things:
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
