My child 4.5 yrs old is complaining of eyes pain.. once we wash his eyes he will feel better. What could be reason

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water.
normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as wedll as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello it could be due to some irritation and your doctor may advise you with the eye drop which can help so it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
