my child 3 yr 8 m old. he knows alphabet, vegetables, fruits, animals, numbers, (2, 3 rhymes ). when we will teach him. he will pick up everything fast. but the problem he has difficultly in focusing while speaking time. he answered the question looking somewhere and also difficulty in attention. what is the reason??
