kid sees only colours does not tell shapes if alphabet is colourful will tell colours only won't tell numbers or alphabet though he knows

Is your child doing it intentionally that is what you are trying to say or there is some another problem you’ll have to give an entire detail to understand the question so currently I would just advise you that you get your child examined by a child counsellor
