my child 3 year boy he is frequently getting fever and cold since one month what is the reason and he is not eating anything can u tell me the reason

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if you are 3 years old child is suffering from fever and cold it may be some flu infection for now you can give syrup Sinarest 5 ml 3 times in a day for 5 days and consult your doctor once
