my cervical length is 2.7cm at 20.5weeks, what are dos and donts in daily schedule to prevent pre term birth

ExpertDr Prerna PatelObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you really need to take rest .cervical length is really short .2.5 cm is cut off fr any further treatment .need to tale rest and follow up every month and do scan to see the cervix is normal

U Could actually take a bed rest now so that you know that I live in is not more than this and also be in constant touch with your gynaecologist she will advise you the dues and don’ts properly also the best day then you should also consult a nutritionist for a good diet and healthy plan for your eating habits
