my breastmilk is too less what to do to increase milk. what is the medicine for it@

A. Hi mom U can take lactare capsules to increase bm . The more you feed the more milk production will be there .. Include jeera garlic fenugreek raw papaya oats etc in ur diet to increase breast milk supply. Take care and all the best
