Q.

hello doctor ,my son is one month old and milk is not sufficient adding formula ,breastmilk is less .will the breastmilk Increase please let me know .I am taking food and nutrition sufficiently but still breastmilk is less.

A. Dear mum, foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help to increase your milk supply. Have adequate fluid intake and water. If required, you can also consult a lactation consultant.
