Breastmilk is not sufficient for my one month old child and formula milk I am not able to buy! What I can do

A. Hi, take adequate liquid and have a healthy diet. Instead of three big meals you can take five meals in a day in smaller quantity and in smaller interval.And have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Always rest back and feed your baby. Latch your baby well which helps in improving breast milk. You can also try lactose granules. You need to add a girl table spoon with lukewarm milk and take once in a day. Consult your gynaecologist once before taking it. You will get formula milk in online also.
