so more and more your baby sucks or tires to feed your milk supply will increase.
you can include some food items like garlic, ginger, ajwain seeds, fenugreek seeds,oats ,green leafy vegetables, pumpkin seeds , pulses in your diet for this.
you can also take some supplements like galact granules .
