My breast milk is not enough for my child. Should I use any lactation supplement? Is it safe?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, as long as your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby
Ypu should eat right and healthy diet. Also drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Good luck and take care
