My breast milk is low so i'm taking lactare tablet shall i take it continuosoly for 1 year whether its harmful or any side effects

A. hello you should take the lactare tablet as required which should be better and if the milk secretion is improved n sufficient then reduce the frequency of taking the tablet or granules ad if required can be taken as long as breast-feeding their baby also not a problem
