#AskTheExpert hi mam ,I have one month old baby.my breast milk is too low .NW I am taking lactare tablet but still milk is not coming.

The supplements do not provide you 100% guarantee of increment of your breast feeding you can only try having them if they help you then you are very lucky that you have a good amount of feeding and if they don’t then they don’t it is just like that you can try you are doing good by trying it out but there cannot be hundred percent guarantee to itWrite Your Answer Here
