my breast milk is decreasing.my baby age is 4month.how can i increasing my BREAST MILK?

U Can have a fenugreek granules these are capsules which you can have to increase your lactation you can try your hands on them if the lactation increases with these medicines and it will be good for you and the baby and if by one chance you do not get any help in increasing the lactation then you should start giving top feed to the child
