my baby is 6 month old and now my breast feed is decreasing. what to do for increasing the breast milk supply

A. age of the baby is 6 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. To increase breastmilk supply, it is important to eat protein rich foods and include following foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, legumes, ghee, brown rice, banana, broccoli, garlic, eggs, chicken, dalia, oats, dry fruits, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
