Q.

my boy is nearly 4 he is hyperactive and not giving response for what we ask ...some times he repeat the question .....but he will sing rhymes not clear words.....say somethings what he wants nd what he see what should i do for improvement in him

A. Hai good evening !! Repeating words,rhymes or advertisements is not speech. Check if baby starts conversation,asking his needs clearly in sentences,replying to our commands,responding immediately giving direct eye contact... If you observe delay in above no response,not talking clearly might delay in speech...,no eye contact then consult developmental paediatrician for assessment.
