A. Hello dear parent, your doctor would have probably noted the same in the prescription paper. Just check there carefully, there must 2 or 3 circles infront the Medicines. If there are 2 circles then give twice a day and if 3 circles then give 3 times. You can better attach a picture of the same for more accuracy .
