my boy is 1 year 11 months old he talks only when he thinks anything he need otherwise he is not talking what to do

Then you should start talking to your child all the time even if you have to make an unnecessary talk to which child please go ahead with that because with which your child would be bound to respond and slowly the speaking skills and trying to communicate more without any need is also going to increase
