Q.
My boy got Heat boil on his neck. He also have cold and cough. I gave paracetamol 3ml so far to ease pain. any ointment suggested? or drops?

this is a pustular swelling.
there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

Just apply coconut oil or Boroline anti septic cream regularly into that area and keep this area completely dried which is what is going to be really helpful for you in the current situation that’s what you deserve to do and folder mode check with the doctor if needed
