my son is suffering from fever, cold and cough since 2days, we are giving paracetamol 250mg for every 5hrs 3ml still not getting controlled what to do so that he can get some relief

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If fever persists for more than 3 days then consult your doctor avd till then give medicine or regular intervals and ypu can give Slex junior for cough and congestion take care
