but we touch the stomach it have heat and neck also having heat so we give 2.5ml cipla paracetamol syrup

Okay so if you’re continuing with paracetamol then that’s alright but have you taken the temperature with a thermometer because what do you feel in terms of temperature is not always correct you cannot determine determine with your Touch whether it is fever or not so please take support of thermometer
