mam my baby having red pimples on his neck and some are looking heat boil what to do he is only two months old. pls advice

In babies rashes in the neck area especially around the neck folds are the most common.
The reasons for infant neck rash range from prickly heat to skin infections like those caused by fungus
-Dress up your baby cotton loosly fitted top.
-You can also try using cold compress on the affected region to soothe the skin inflammation.
-Maintain Good Skin Hygiene.
-You can also try massaging your baby with coconut oil twice a day.
-Consult pediatrician if it is accompanied by fever. Pus-filled or fluid-filled skin blisters on your baby could indicate an infection that may require antibiotics. ,
