Ur Child may be suffering with a deficiency of calcium you’ll have to consult your doctor to get its expert start with calcium supplements then was that efficiencies met maybe your child will give up on these habits so first will have to consult your paediatrician in this case

Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
