Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to ask this question please note that solid it just secondary the main source of nutrition for your baby until you baby turns one year old in mother's milk so continue to focus on that and what you can do if a baby is not happy with mashed food you can offer solid that steam carrot steamed broccoli or a steam beetroot give a variety of option and eat while your baby eats
