my boy baby is one month old. still the chubbiness not came. only breastfeeding is going. is there any food diet for his mother to follow?

Her welnes is more important than chubbyness..
Mom should not use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Mom should take easy to diegest and nutritioius food .
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Avoid over use of senitizer and anti bacterial products
