Followed by breakfast which can include various kinds of porridge, poha, scrambled eggs, steamed dosa , idli, appe, etc.
Followed by mid morning drink like coconut water, turmeric milk, dry fruits powder in milk etc
In lunch u can include egg rice, dal khichdi, spinach khichdi, tomato rice, beetroot rice, onion rice etc.
In afternoon snacks u may include vegetable soup, pumpkin soup, chicken soup, baked carrot sticks, potato bites etc.
In dinner u can include mixed vegetables khichdi, dalia, boiled pasta, chickpea pancakes, paneer cubes and rice.
