My boy baby is 2yr 1 m old he is not speaking and too adamant what will do ?How to reduce screen time?

A. Hello good evening !! Yes due to not being able to speak,explain their feelings toddlers throw tantrums,becomes stubborn. Calm the kid and ask the reason ,speaking small words will help to imitate us and help in speech . Engage in activities ,outdoor play ,parks and mingling with other kids helps in speech ,reduces screen time.
