My big daughter 8 years plus has immunity issue. What fruit or vegetable or food items to add to boost naturally?

A. give citrus fruits, as they have vit c which helps to improve immunity. give vegetables like potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, kale , pumpkin seeds, nuts like Peanuts, cashew, and almonds are good to improve immunity

A. Zincovit 5 to 7ML can be given to the child every day along with that I would say go ahead with giving more green the vegetables and fibre rich diet for the child ability is a joint to be quite helpful for you
