my bby is 5months old.gums is very hard nd white colour on the top of the gums

It happens and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You should start doing a massage of your babies comes regularly it will give relief in pain rather than this you can also provide teether to your baby so baby can chew it. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
