Q.

My bay turning 6 months this 21st. My breastmilk is not sufficient any more to him. can I start the formula milk or any food addition to breastfeeding. kindly suggest

A. Hello dear parent! Start giving your baby easily digestible homemade healthy foods like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée and so on. Continue to breastfeed. Consult your doctor for further assistance. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
