Q.
My babys weight at 1 year 3 months is 14 kgs. Is this normal or higher than average. Are there ways to control it.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! By one year babies triple their birth weight ,the average range should be 7.5-11 kg.
But generally after 6-8 months baby's growth rate slows and most of them will be in lower range or average weight due to achieving milestones, active throughout the day.
Yes baby's weight is over than average.
Consult Paeditrician and go for thyroid tests if possible.
