#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 14 months old and body weight is 8.3 kgs... is this good weight? If not what is the ways to improve the healthy weight

A. 8.2 to 12.4 kg is the average weight range for this age group. But it also depends on the baby's birth weight. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
