My baby wt is 3.4kg at birth, it decreased rapidly to 3.06kg after 1 week it is 3.18kg then now at 1.5 months my baby wt is 3.9kg only. Is my baby wt is normal and gaining efficient wt?

A. Hello my dear parent! Baby is doing well. Should be gaining at least 400 to 500g per month in the first few months. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Good luck and take care.
