Q.
My baby will be completing his 4th month tomorrow. He is having watery motion, I have started Electral (Orange) but he is too young to have 1ltr water in 24hrs. Can I add the Electral in lesser water quantity, like complete Electral sachet in 500ml water in place of 1ltr? Also my baby is constantly putting his fingers in mouth and drooling a lot. It seems like his gums are irritating, what can I do? Is it the sign of Teething if yes isn't it too early? #AskTheExperts please please help?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along withvf management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bactexrial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
