my baby who is 3 years old is farting with very bad Snell from last 3 days on Friday he drinks milk which was not good after that he vomits out everything whatever he eats that day but after that this problem is going on also bloating of stomach is seen

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
