My baby weight is 4.5 kg in 3 month 11 days .it is lower what we will be do for gain weight

Mam I really cannot tell you whether this is correct or not so I will just tell you 400 g every month is good so calculate on that basis and see if your child has gained a minimum of 1600 g in four months and then added to the birth weight weight is appropriate or not
