Q.

My daughter's weight is on a little lower side.. She is 3+ and weighs 11 kg.. What should i feed her for a healthy weight gain?

A. according to the pediatrics if the child is active alert n have senses during his activities den der is nthng to worry about we have a space of 5 years to see the growth of our child.....

A. Hello mam The weight looks ok and if the child is active, alert, sleeps well and do.m not get sick very often then do not worry about the weight Make sure the child is having 2 fruits per day Include milk and milk products, dry fruits , green vegetables in the diet Avoid excess intake of biscuits, bakery products and packaged food

A. good morning I would recommend that you should get healthy carbohydrate including paneer and cheese to your child apart from that you can try to give whole grain porridge in the everyday diet
