My baby was give 3.5 months vaccinations on 1st april. After that he had a high fever followed with red rash like spots all over his body. What can be the reason for this?

A. It's not uncommon for babies to experience mild side effects after vaccinations, including fever and rash. The fever typically occurs as a normal immune response to the vaccine, as the body is building immunity. The red spots or rash can also be a common side effect following vaccinations, especially the DTaP or MMR vaccines, and it may appear a few days after the shot. This is often temporary and resolves on its own. However, if the fever persists for more than a couple of days, the rash worsens, or if your baby seems unusually uncomfortable, it’s important to consult your pediatrician to rule out any other conditions or complications.
