Q.

My baby was born on 18th December, she swallowed meconium during birth and was immediately shifted to NICU , it’s been almost 5 days now, her blood report is normal, and breathing is also stable now, yet the doctors are not confirming on the discharge date, I wanted to know how much is the normal time taken for babies getting discharged on such situations normally. #asktheexperts

A. good morning this is something which is very very subjective with depends on every child and case to case I would request you to please try to discuss in the hospital only and arrive at a conclusion
