Q.

My baby was born at 8 month and now is she is 6 month old so can I feed her according to the 6 month baby feeding chart? Or should I feed her one month late like on the basis of 5 month baby feeding chart?

A. yes yoy have to feed her. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. Hello dear parent! Guess you can start giving semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk once your baby completes 6 months. Start giving one new food at a time like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, ragi, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani in small quantities. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
