ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 months agoA. dear mum , yes u can give sweet potato mashed as one of the first foods keep consistency of food like that of ghee u may add little top milk if required give soft mashed veg , fruit , dal veg khichdi top food start with 2 times few teaspoon then increase to 3 times
