my baby was 6months now....plz tell us the food chart...to Improve healthy baby

A. you can add.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

If Your child has only completed the age of six months then only you can start with semisolid food like porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits Suji Kheer Upma quinoa oats ragi Paneer cheese curd water coconut water buttermilk all these things can be given to the child
