U Can start with rice Dal water then you can swiftly shift to porridge khichadi vegetable purée mash banana mashed potato all kind of fruits vegetable soup Suji item dairy products all these things you can start from the very beginning itself but then the quantity should be very limited to begin with and gradually you can increase it according to the appetite of your child
