Q.

my baby wake up with cold and stuffy nose in every morning what is the reason. how I can help him please suggest Thanks in advance

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex coldc/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which neecds treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. Hi mom. This is due to the narrow nasal passage... Put nasal saline drops to unblock nose or give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help to open the blocked nose.
