ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. of their is lump at vaccination site than do cold fomentation. it will disappears after a few weeks can occur. If the shot site has Redness, swelling, and tenderness where the injection was given than do Consult your paedritician.
