Hello, It took a week for my baby to be vaccinated for two and a half months, but the injected area is swollen, like a single knot. Please advise.

A. this is normal after vaccine. It may be a normal thing for the baby and no need to worry for this . It may happen in some babies during this age group but if any problem remain then should consult a doctor near by for the examination of the baby .
