Hello mom at times you have to change the form of food and try out to give it to the child , the food needs to be present in an attractive ways at times , not necessary to make lavish or out of the box recipes but regular foods made at home , make different shapes of roti or dosa etc , or add vegetable pure can be mixed with dough or rice to make it more colourful etc

have healthy eating behaviours for the entire family
child should be given all family foods do not prepare special food items
don't force feed offer a choice between any two vegetables or fruits that you would like the child to have and yourself eat in front and explain the taste
